We built our first fat-tyre electric bike in Sydney, one of the earliest in Australia. It wasn’t just about making a better bike. It was the beginning of understanding what riders actually needed, and what technology could do for them.

The Skillion Drive
We developed the Skillion Drive, a proprietary CVT drivetrain engineered from the ground up for e-bikes. With a gear range exceeding 500% and a focus on simplicity and low manufacturing cost, it addressed a genuine gap in the market, and established our credentials as a serious hardware engineering team.

First Rear Camera for Bicycles
We built and deployed the first rear camera system for bicycles. Riders could see what was behind them for the first time. It was a simple idea with complex engineering behind it, and it set us on the path to everything that followed.

Skillion Ride System
The Skillion Ride System (SRS) launched with a commercial e-bike fleet in Australia. An integrated platform combining navigation, performance tracking, safety alerts, and AI-assisted rider support, the SRS was one of the earliest real-world smart ride deployments at scale.

AI Camera Patents
We secured patents for AI-powered camera systems for bicycles, among the first of their kind in the world. This was the moment cycling technology and artificial intelligence formally intersected in our work, and the foundation on which Hawkeye is built.

IoT System for E-Bikes
We launched a compact IoT platform for e-bikes integrating camera, real-time data, remote diagnostics, and security. Deployed commercially, it demonstrated that connected intelligence on a bicycle was not just possible, it was practical and scalable.

Hawkeye Edge-Compute Prototype
We completed the Hawkeye edge-compute prototype, the most sophisticated cycling safety system we’ve ever built. Running full AI threat classification on-device, without cloud dependency, at detection ranges up to 220 metres. The technology works. Now we’re bringing it to market.
